Order Information
1. It's my loved one's special day, could you send him/her a card along with the delivery on my behalf?
We're all about the festivities, and so excited to be included in the occasion! Let us know in the order note what you'll be celebrating and your special wishes. We will include a free personalised card with your purchase.

2. I'll love to give the amazing beverages a try, but I don't know what to choose!
We love sharing our collections with you. Call us, email us, talk to us, there's something for everyone!

3. I've explored your beverages and gift sets but don't see something that fits what I want!
We absolutely love creativity and fresh ideas so don't be shy if you have something in mind. Let us know the gift idea you would like to customise, and we'll be happy to work something out! We're all about making your loved ones happy!

4. I'm throwing a party! How do I go about purchasing your beverage in large quantities?
Bulk orders are subjected to stock availability. Simply write to us on our Contact Us page or email us at eventsbar@nomadco.sg for bulk purchases starting from a case (12 bottles) and we will be able to discuss on your order and arrange a bulk discount for you. 

Psss.. we also run catered events that include tippling pour services, and/or food+wine packages for celebrations and corporate events suitable for as little as intimate 1-2 pax to 10 pax parties. Delivery
1. What are your delivery charges?
- Delivery is free for purchases that are $100 and above
- $10 delivery fee will apply for purchases less than $100 
- A flat rate of $15 will apply for locations in Tuas, Sentosa, Jurong Island
- We do not deliver to restricted areas such as army camps, ports, airports and where alcohol beverages are not consumable.

Delivery charges are based on single receipt purchase and to a single location. 
We will be able to work out a preferential delivery rate for you if you require purchases in multiple receipts/invoices and to multiple locations. Feel free to email us at eventsbar@nomadco.sg for your request.

2. When will my order be delivered and what is the cut-off order time?
Beverage Only: All beverage only orders require 1 day in advance purchase for next-day delivery.
Gift Sets: All gift sets require orders to be placed 3 days in advance for preparation.

Orders are deemed successful and will be delivered only after we have confirmed and received your payment. 

We deliver everyday except the following days:
Chinese New Year: 12 Feb 2021, Friday (Delivery is available on 13 Feb 2021, Saturday)
Christmas Eve + Day: 24 Dec 2021, Friday & 25 Dec 2021, Saturday

Our cut-off order time is 2359hrs daily. Your order will be delivered the next day (beverage only) or 3 days later (gift sets) between 11am-2pm and 3pm-5pm, based on your selected time slot. Orders made the day before the above exception days will be delivered the next available working day.

3. Can you deliver outside of Singapore?
We currently only deliver within Singapore. But we're always excited to share our enthusiasm internationally, so who knows, we might expand our services very soon!

4. Do you deliver chilled alcohol?
We will not be able to deliver chilled alcohol for small orders of less than 6 bottles.
Orders of 6 bottles and more can be delivered in a foam box with ice. Additional charges will apply.

5. Oh no! I missed my delivery, what should I do?
It is our policy to contact the sender or receiver if our delivery service provider fails to handover the order accordingly. A re-delivery charge of $10 (or $15 for locations such as Tuas, Sentosa and Jurong Island) will apply subjected to our next available time slot, should we not be able to reach the sender or receiver via phone call. 

Please ensure that your local +65 contact number is accurately indicated, and ensure that someone of the legal age of 18 (based on birth date) will be able to receive the parcel. 

Perishable Items: Hygiene and food safety is important to us. A missed delivery involving food items must be disposed should the sender or receiver be uncontactable within 2 hours of the indicated delivery time. No refund will be given for missed delivery. Help us save the environment with no food wastage by ensuring someone is present to receive the parcel.

 

Changes & Cancellations
1. Can I change my order?
Beverage Only: Contact us at eventsbar@nomadco.sg or +65 9138 2264 3 hours before your delivery. Changes are subjected to stock availability and additional charges on beverage price points may apply. 
Gift Sets: Changes must be made 3 working days before delivery, cut off time at 2359hrs. Any changes made with less than 3 working days notice will incur an additional $20 alteration fees and subjected to stock availability. Additional charges based on differing gift sets price points may apply.

2. I changed my mind and I'll have to cancel my order!
Beverage Only: Cancellation of orders upon receiving of confirmed payment will be subjected to $10 cancellation fees for orders 3 bottles or less, and $20 for orders above 3 bottles.
Gift Sets: Cancellations of orders upon receiving of confirmed payment will be subjected to 50% cancellation fees. No refund will be granted for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
